What is the correct order of a skin routine?

Does Hazel Gem offer wholesale?
We currently do not offer wholesale options
How do you use your products?
All product instructions are listed on product pages as well as the label of each product.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 5pm can be shipped the next business day, however please allow up to 7 business days. All of our products are handmade in small batches
How do I fix an error with my shipping address?
Use our "Contact Us" page and include the correct mailing address in the message box
Do your offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please use our "Contact Us" form if you have any questions or concerns

All orders are shipped daily Monday-Friday (Excluding holidays)
