If you have allergies to any ingredients, do not use the product. Hazel Gem LLC does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. For any medical concerns, please consult a physician. Hazel Gem LLC is not liable or responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full use.


Our products are not FDA-approved and results may vary for each individual.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at info@hazelgem.com with your name and order number.


Damages & Order Issues

    •    Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    •    To help us resolve the issue, email a clear photo of the item(s) along with your order details.

    •    If goods are damaged during transit, we advise contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. In cases of lost or missing packages, please reach out to the carrier as well.

    •    We encourage all customers to add package protection at checkout for added security.


Non-Returnable Items

    •    All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    •    Gift cards are non-refundable.
