Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hazel Gem. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our shipping policy.


Processing Times

    •    Orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

    •    Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be considered as received the following business day.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

    •    We ship using UPS and USPS Priority Mail.

    •    Express shipping orders are insured through the shipping carrier.

    •    Standard shipping orders may not always include insurance.


International Shipping

    •    We are pleased to offer international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

    •    Duties and taxes (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) are required to be prepaid at checkout. This ensures there are no surprise fees upon delivery and that your package is delivered smoothly.

    •    We always strive to provide the most competitive international shipping rates possible.


Address Accuracy

    •    Please ensure your shipping details (name and full mailing address) are entered correctly at checkout.

    •    If you notice an error, please contact us via our Contact Page or Chat within 1–2 hours of placing your order.

    •    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

    •    Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that are returned to us damaged due to address errors.
